Namataka Edith (Edisa)
Edith’s mother died when she was a toddler leaving her in the hands of her cousin because they do not know her father’s whereabouts. She lived with a cousin who does peasantry farming to earn a living. This made life extremely difficult for her. At home Edith would clean the house, wash utensils, and also fetch water for the family. Edith is in Grade two and her performance at school is average.
While at Berakhah, Edith participates in dancing and singing. During her free time, she likes playing netball with her friends. She can now express herself freely and looks forward to a bright future. Through your generous scholarship she will grow physically, spiritually and mentally as she looks forward to becoming a medical doctor. Thank you! God bless you!
