Joshua, an 8-year-old second grader, lives with his peasant farmer parents, who face financial struggles due to limited resources from farming. Despite these challenges, Joshua excels academically and dreams of becoming a medical doctor to support his family and community. He enjoys good health and has no underlying medical issues.
