Mary is 12 years old and she's in grade 4 staying at Berakha Child Care Ministry, she was living with her parents until when her father died that everything in her life changed. Mary's mother started working as a bar attendant and remarried, she would go to work with Mary in an environment which was not good for a child because even her mother at times would become drunk and forgets to take good care of the child. Berakha staff requested her mother to entrust the child with the ministry something which she agreed since she couldn't even afford taking her to school. Mary found her self at Berakha and she is doing good now because she gets all the care and basic needs of the child and also she attends school regularly, Mary would like to become a fashion designer or a nurse when she grows up.
