Esther, the fourth of five children, lives with both her parents, who are hardworking peasants striving to provide for the family's basic needs. However, due to limited financial resources, they struggle to afford quality education for Esther and her siblings. As a result, Esther and her four siblings are often sent home from school for failing to pay school fees, which has negatively affected their class performance. Despite these challenges, Esther remains deeply determined to achieve her dream of becoming a medical doctor when she grows up.
