Nadunga Mary
Mary’s mother died when she was four years old leaving her and her siblings in the hands of her grandmother who depended on peasantry farming to earn a living. This made life extremely difficult given the fact that her grandmother was running an extended family and could not be in position to cater for all the necessities like food, medication, clothing and education. At home, Mary could clean the house, wash utensils, cook, fetch water and dig. Mary just completed her primary leaving examinations. She is going to join high school.
While at Berakhah, Mary participates in dancing and singing. During her free time, she likes playing netball with her friends. She can now socialize freely with others and looks forward to a bright future. Through your generous scholarship she will grow physically, spiritually and mentally as she seeks her dream of becoming an accountant. Thank you! God bless you!
