Bushira, a 7-year-old girl, lives with her parents, who are peasant farmers struggling to provide for the basic needs of their family due to their limited income. Since the age of 2, she has been battling chronic malaria, which has greatly impacted her well-being. Unfortunately, her family cannot afford proper medical treatment, leaving her condition untreated. This financial strain also affects Bushira’s education, as her and her siblings frequently face difficulties in meeting school fees. Even the assurance of a balanced diet or daily meals is uncertain, leaving their livelihood at the mercy of external circumstances. Despite these challenges, Bushira's resilience in the face of adversity is admirable.
