Rehana is a 13-year-old fourth grader living in a polygamous family of seven with her two peasant farmer parents. The family faces significant financial hardship due to unstable agricultural yields affected by bad weather, which makes it challenging to meet basic needs and pay school fees. Despite her academic excellence, passion for singing and dancing, and willingness to help with household chores after school, Rehana is often sent home because of unpaid dues. Fortunately, she remains in good health with no underlying medical issues.
