Emma is a 12-year-old boy in fifth grade with good academic performance and aspirations of becoming a pilot. He lives with his parents, who are peasant farmers supporting a family of eight. Financial challenges stemming from poor farming yields and limited income make it difficult for the family to meet basic needs and provide quality education for their children. Emma suffers from persistent nosebleeds, a condition that affects his daily life at school and home, but financial constraints have hindered access to proper medical care.
