Rogers Emmanuel, a three-year-old boy, lives with his peasant mother after his father left the family. His mother works hard as a farmer but faces financial challenges due to limited and unstable income from farming. These struggles prevent her from adequately providing for basic needs, quality education, and medical care. Rogers suffers from painful skin rashes that remain untreated because of the family’s financial constraints.
