Jacinta, a 12-year-old primary four student, lives in Uganda with her peasant farmer parents. Financial constraints make it difficult for her family to provide school fees and meet basic needs. Jacinta enjoys music, dance, drama, and helping with garden and household chores during her free time. She experiences severe headaches and stomach pain, but her family cannot afford medical care due to unreliable farming income caused by bad weather. Despite these hardships, Jacinta remains focused on her goal of becoming a nurse.
