Peter is 4years old and lives in Uganda with his father and mother who are peasant farmers and also offer casual labor services on people's farms, they often struggle with limited resources to meet the basic needs for the family. due to financial constraints the family faces , peter has failed to get proper medication for an eye problem that often disrupts his performance in both in school and daily activities.
