John, an ambitious 11-year-old boy in grade seven, dreams of becoming a medical doctor. He lives with his hardworking parents, who are peasant farmers struggling with meager incomes to meet the family's basic needs. Unfortunately, John has been dealing with persistent body allergies, which cause breathing difficulties and constant sneezing. Due to the family's financial challenges, he has not been able to access proper medical treatment for his condition. Despite these obstacles, John's determination and aspiration to pursue a career in medicine remain a source of hope and inspiration for his future.
