Mark, a bright and ambitious high school student in form four, is determined to fulfill his dream of becoming a revenue officer and serving his community. He lives with his dedicated parents, who are peasant farmers striving to provide for the family. To supplement their limited income, Mark's mother takes on casual labor on local farms, while his father works an unstable building job.
Despite their relentless efforts, the family faces significant challenges due to the number of orphans under their care and Mark's mother's fragile health, which limits her ability to support the family. These difficulties make it hard to consistently meet basic needs and pay school fees for Mark and his siblings. Yet, Mark's resilience, determination, and commitment to his education stand strong, fueling his aspirations for a brighter future.
