Wilson, a 14-year-old fourth-grade pupil, lives with his maternal grandmother after his parents separated and left for unknown destinations when he was young. His grandmother, a peasant farmer, works hard to support her family, but limited resources make it challenging to meet basic needs and provide education. Wilson has suffered from severe malaria and persistent headaches since childhood, but financial difficulties prevent proper medical care. Despite these challenges, Wilson is committed to excelling academically and aims to become a medical doctor to support his family and community.
